The short version: it runs on your device, there is no account, and nothing is uploaded. The longer answers are below, and every tool is listed at the bottom. If something is not here, email [email protected].
No. There is no sign up, no login, and no password. You open a tool and use it. Because there is no account, there is no database of yours for anyone to breach or sell.
Nothing you open, type, or process is uploaded. Every tool runs inside your browser tab, on your own device. You do not have to take our word for it: click the Private · verify badge in the corner of any tool to see a live count of how much of your content has left the page (it is zero), and the simplest test of all, turn off your wifi and the tools keep working.
The entire Workspace (documents, spreadsheets, slides, notes, tasks, contacts, calendar, forms, the whiteboard) is free, forever, no account. In the Sovereign Suite two scans are free; every other Sovereign tool and every Record Suite tool is unlocked by one $9 pass. The full list is at the bottom of this page.
Your choice. There is a one-time 7-day pass for $9, and a monthly all-access option, also $9. Details are on the pass page. Refund terms are on the refunds page.
The Workspace apps autosave to your browser as you go, so closing the tab is safe and your work is there when you come back. But your browser is the only place it lives, so if you clear your browser data or switch devices it is gone. For anything you want to keep, use Save to computer or the export buttons to keep a real file, and back it up like any other file.
Yes. The site and the tools work on a phone, a tablet and a computer.
On your device, in your browser's own storage, and nowhere else. It is not synced to a server, and it is not shared between your devices, which is the trade for it never being uploaded. Export a file when you want a copy you control.
No. We never receive them. There is no upload step and no server that holds your documents, so there is nothing on our side to look at, hand over, or lose.
A few tools (like the transcriber and the face blur) use a small model. The first time you open one, it downloads that model once, the same way a website loads a font or a library. That download is program code, not your file, and once it is cached the tool works with your internet off. Your recording or photo is never sent anywhere.
Nothing to install, nothing to trust on your disk, and it works on a locked-down work machine or a borrowed one. The honest trade is that a website could ship different code tomorrow, which is why the tools are plain readable code and why the things they produce (hashes, exports, files) are ones you can verify yourself.
These are tools, not advice. They are very good but not perfect, and none of them are a lawyer or an accountant. Read what they produce before you rely on it.
Every tool in one line. Workspace is free. The two scans marked free are free; one $9 pass unlocks everything else.
