Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, within 14 days, and ask for a refund. You do not need to explain yourself.
Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase. The pass is a one-time charge that expires on its own after seven days: there is no subscription attached to it and nothing to cancel.
Refund, regardless of how long you have had it. That is the deal. Please tell us what broke, on which browser and device: it is how the site gets better, and the fix usually reaches everyone else too.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe typically returns funds within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. We do not hold your card details and cannot refund to a different card than the one charged.
The email address used at checkout, and roughly when you paid. That is enough to find the payment. Because there are no accounts, that email is the only way we can identify your purchase, so please write from it if you can.
If you paid and your access is not showing, that is usually a cleared browser or a different device rather than a failed payment. The restore panel on the Pass page will bring it back with your email or your recovery code. Try that first, and if it does not work, email us and we will either fix it or refund you.
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. We will almost certainly just refund you, and it is faster for both of us.
