1. Add the exhibits

PDF, JPEG and PNG. Screenshots and photos are placed on a Letter page each. Add them in any order and arrange them below.

Drop files here, or choose them Nothing is uploaded. A 200-page binder builds on your own machine in a few seconds.

2. Order and describe them

No exhibits yet.

3. Numbering and labels

What this is, and what it is not

It numbers, labels and indexes. Every page gets a unique Bates number in the margin, every exhibit gets a sticker and an index entry, and the index entries are real PDF links. That is the mechanical part of a filing, done consistently.

It does not know your court's rules. Numbering formats, sticker wording, index layout and page sizes vary by jurisdiction and by judge, and some courts require their own cover sheets. Check the output against the rules that apply to you before filing. This is not legal advice.

Images become pages, not text. A screenshot is placed on a page as a picture. It is not OCR'd, and its text is not searchable in the binder.

Encrypted PDFs need their password removed first. A locked PDF cannot be stamped. Open it in a viewer, save an unlocked copy, and add that.

Nothing leaves this tab. The files are read and the binder is written in browser memory. The index CSV records each source file's SHA-256, so the binder can be tied back to the originals later.
