A Flowchart Written as Sentences FLOW
Drawing a flowchart is the least useful part of having one. Every minute spent dragging a box is a minute not spent noticing a decision with no second branch.
The steps
One arrow per line: Take the call -> Is it urgent? or, with a label on the arrow, Is it urgent? -yes-> Dispatch now. A step whose name ends in a question mark is drawn as a decision. Boxes come into existence by being mentioned.
