A Project Plan That Tells You What Actually Matters
Which task can slip a week without moving the end date, and which cannot? That is the only question a plan exists to answer, and it is the one most free planners will not tell you. This works it out: float on every task, and the chain with none of it drawn in red.

Durations are in working days. Under Waits for, write the row numbers: 3 means it starts when row 3 finishes, 3SS+2 means it starts two days after row 3 starts, and FF and SF work the same way.
