A Structure Chart From an Indented List ORGCHART
Nobody keeps an organisation chart in a drawing package. They keep it in a list, and redraw it once a year in a tool that then owns it.
The list
One person per line. Indent with a tab, or two spaces, to put somebody under the line above. Add a second line of text after a vertical bar: Name | Job title.
