A Triage Board That Counts and Keeps the Clock TRIAGE
Triage is twenty seconds of questions. What fails at a multiple-casualty scene is the bookkeeping: nobody can say how many are in each category, and the person sieved P3 at minute four is not looked at again for fifty.
