The people on your plan
On Team and Business, give each person a key of their own, take it back when they leave, and keep a record of every change. This page opens with the key your subscription came with.
Open with your subscription’s key
Use the key your Team or Business subscription came with: the one made when you paid, on the Pro page of the browser you paid in. A person’s own seat key does not open this page.
Seats
What you can see: names, email addresses, and the dates each person was added, joined and removed. Nothing about what anybody opens, makes or saves with the tools ever reaches us, so there is nothing of it to show you, and nobody else can see it either.
People
Removing somebody stops their key within about two minutes wherever they are online. A device kept offline keeps working until its key runs out, 35 days at most, and it cannot renew.
Record of seat changes
Every seat added, taken, given a new link and removed, with the date and the fingerprint of the key that did it, for your auditors. It is kept for as long as the subscription’s records are, and nothing in it can be edited or removed from here.
The subscription’s key
This page is open with the key whose fingerprint is ; the record names the changes made with it that way. Whoever holds that key can manage these seats.
If your team has been sharing it, give everybody a seat of their own first, then replace it. From then on the old key opens nothing: not the Pro features, not this page, and it cannot be renewed. The new key is shown once, here, and kept in this browser; your checkout’s sign-in link gives it too.
