Surveys and forms that stay on your device Forms
Text, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, linear scales, grids, dates, times, addresses and files, with rules that show a question only when an earlier answer calls for it, and sections that make pages. Fill it in yourself, or send the link: answers are kept in this browser, nothing uploaded.
Giving this form to someone else
There is no server here, so nobody's answers can travel back to you on their own. What you can send is the form itself. The person who opens it fills it in on their own device, exports their answers as a file, and sends you the file; you bring it back in with Import answers below. Nothing is uploaded at any point, by you or by them.
Doing this often? OBSCURA Research analyses the answers once they are in: descriptives, crosstabs and chi-square on the whole response file, with tables saved to Word. On its own, US$4 a month; with everything else, US$9 a month or US$79 a year. 7 days free.
