Blinded packets appear here.
The reviewers get the packets. The person running the process keeps the key.
How it works
BLIND is for anonymised shortlisting. It strips names, contact details, dates, schools and other identity markers from a batch of resumes and returns packets labelled Candidate #1, #2 and so on, with a key that only the person running the process keeps. Blind review reduces the effect of names and backgrounds on a first read, but it does not fix bias on its own, because the interview still happens.
