Upon receipt by the undersigned of a check from Vanguard Construction Group in the sum of $8,750.00 payable to Summit Mechanical & Electrical LLC and when the check has been properly endorsed and has been paid by the bank on which it is drawn, this document becomes effective to release any mechanic's lien, stop payment notice, or bond right the undersigned has on the job described below.
