Sometimes you need to share a record, a letter, or a form (for a second opinion, an insurance appeal, a support group, or research) without handing over who you are. Paste the text and MEDISCRUB masks the names, dates, record and policy numbers, addresses, phone numbers, emails and IDs, keeping the clinical detail readable. The scan is free; the redacted copy needs a Sovereign pass.

MEDISCRUB runs entirely in your browser and never uploads or transmits your text. It reliably catches structured identifiers (emails, phone numbers, SSNs), labeled fields (Patient Name, MRN, Policy No), addresses, ZIPs, dates, and ages over 89. It cannot catch every name written in free-flowing prose, so read the result before you share it, and remember that removing identifiers lowers risk but is not a legal guarantee of de-identification.
