DOCSCRUB
A Word document quietly carries more than its text: the author's name, comments, and the full tracked-changes history, including the redlines you thought you accepted. Before you send a .docx to a client, a counterparty, or a job application, DOCSCRUB shows you what is hiding inside and cleans it out, right in your browser. The report is free; the cleaned file needs a Sovereign pass.
DOCSCRUB runs entirely in your browser and never uploads your document. It removes author and company metadata, deletes comments, and accepts all tracked changes (keeping inserted text, removing deleted text) so the revision history is gone. Review the cleaned file before sending, especially if the document relied on tracked changes being visible. It handles standard .docx files; unusual or heavily customized documents may need a look afterward.
