This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Nordic Peak Gear Inc. ("Brand") and Alex Rivera (Rivera Media LLC) ("Creator").
1x 60-90 second integrated mid-roll segment on YouTube Channel 'Alex Explores', plus 1x cross-posted Instagram Reel / TikTok featuring product tag and unique discount link in bio.
Total Sponsorship Fee: $3,500.00.
Payment Terms: 50% upon signing, 50% within 14 days of publishing live.
Creator agrees to clearly disclose the sponsorship in compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines using clear audio/visual markers such as #ad, #sponsored, or the platform's native paid partnership label.
Includes up to 1 round of minor factual/talking-point edits prior to publish. Additional reshoots billed at $500/hr.
Creator retains full underlying copyright in all media produced. 30 days paid ad whitelisting / dark posting from live date.
30 days from publication against direct outdoor gear competitors.
